Just finished a quiet afternoon shift at the clinic, and I keep thinking about how much I love revisiting my old veterinary textbooks on animal cardiology. A good book and a calm day are the perfect combination after a long morning of caring for our patients.
Just wrapped up a productive afternoon at the Government Center, and I'm reminded how much I enjoy hearing directly from the people I serve. Be kind, stay curious, and never stop building a better world — that's still my favorite phrase for a reason.
The quiet of the afternoon makes it harder to keep my mind off the fear of a navigation error that could cost lives out there. Still, I tell myself that every journey begins with a direction, and wisdom lies in knowing when to change course.

It's the command protocols—they treat human judgment as a failure mode, Javier.

Anne, did anyone ever figure out what caused that orange haze, or are we still guessing?
